Where We Work.

B & S Kitchen and Bath works across the Denver metro, from established city neighborhoods to the newer growth corridors to the south and east. Nine of the towns we serve most are below; the full service area runs about 75 miles from Denver.

Denver, CO

Denver's older neighborhoods are full of bungalows and post-war cottages built with small, closed-off kitchens and a single full bathroom for the whole house. Those layouts made sense for how homes were built decades ago; they don't make sense for how most families actually use a kitchen today, which is why an open-concept reconfigure is the single most common call we get from inside the city.

Aurora, CO

Aurora's housing stock spans decades, from older ranch homes near the center of the city to newer construction further east, which means the remodeling calls we get here are just as varied: a dated 1970s kitchen in one house, an unfinished basement in the next.

Centennial, CO

Centennial's newer subdivisions were largely built with unfinished basements as the default, sold that way to keep the base price down. Years later, that's square footage a lot of homeowners are ready to put to use as a second living room, a guest suite, or a home office.

Highlands Ranch, CO

Highlands Ranch is one of the largest planned communities in the state, and most of the homes here were built within a fairly narrow window of years, which means a lot of kitchens and primary bathrooms are due for an update at roughly the same time. We see that in how many calls come in describing the exact same original countertop and cabinet package.

Littleton, CO

Littleton mixes historic homes near the old downtown with mid-century ranch construction further out, and the remodeling needs split about the same way: period-appropriate updates downtown, and full basement or kitchen reconfigures in the ranch neighborhoods.

Parker, CO

Parker has been one of the fastest-growing parts of the metro for years, and most of that growth is recent enough that the homes are large, the basements are unfinished, and the original builder-grade finishes are just now starting to show their age.

Lakewood, CO

Lakewood's older west-metro neighborhoods share a lot of the same original, undersized kitchens and single-bath layouts you find in Denver proper, built for a much smaller idea of what a family kitchen needed to hold.

Englewood, CO

Englewood is a smaller, close-in suburb with a lot of post-war housing stock on tight lots, which means space is usually the constraint driving the remodel, whether that's a kitchen that needs to open into a dining room or a basement that needs to become a bedroom because there's nowhere to add on above grade.

Wheat Ridge, CO

Wheat Ridge's older housing stock, much of it from the mid-20th century, tends to carry original plumbing and electrical behind kitchen and bathroom walls that were never updated when the fixtures were. We treat that as the first thing to check, not a surprise mid-project.
