Highlands Ranch.

Highlands Ranch is one of the largest planned communities in the state, and most of the homes here were built within a fairly narrow window of years, which means a lot of kitchens and primary bathrooms are due for an update at roughly the same time. We see that in how many calls come in describing the exact same original countertop and cabinet package.

Basements here were also almost universally sold unfinished. Finishing one out for a growing family, a home gym, or a rental-ready suite is some of the most requested work we do in this part of the metro.
