Lakewood.

Lakewood's older west-metro neighborhoods share a lot of the same original, undersized kitchens and single-bath layouts you find in Denver proper, built for a much smaller idea of what a family kitchen needed to hold.

Being closer to the foothills, homes here also see more direct sun through west-facing windows across the afternoon, which is a real factor in how quickly wood flooring and cabinet finishes fade if they're not specified for it. We account for that when we're recommending materials, not just colors.
