Basement Buildout
An unfinished basement taken from bare studs and slab to a framed, insulated, drywalled living space, with an egress window added to make a legal bedroom possible.
Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs the full space, chosen over solid hardwood specifically because it tolerates the moisture and temperature swings a below-grade slab sees over a Colorado year.
