Kitchen Remodel

A full cabinet-to-ceiling rebuild, run with a simple, high-contrast palette: painted lower cabinets, a warm wood island, and a stone counter and backsplash carried up as a single material story rather than three competing ones.

The layout keeps the working triangle tight around the island while opening sightlines to the rest of the main floor, the change most homeowners ask for first and the one that does the most to make a closed-off original kitchen feel current again.
